Refund Policy

The refund policy of our 247hotpharmacy is designed to explain the cases and the manner we refund our customers for their medication order. 

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your medication order, we accept a return. However, it is important to note that all returns are subject to 247hotpharmacy approval. We have a certain set of procedures that must be followed for your refund to be approved.

To be eligible for a refund, you have to send us a picture of your damaged products for the name of proof. After verification, we will start the refunding process. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have obtained your product.

After inspecting the product, we will immediately send you a notification regarding the status of your refund.

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other genuine payment method within 25 days.

If you do not receive a payment within 1 month, first audit your bank account once again. Then, call your credit card organization because it may take some time for them to transfer the money to your bank account.

If you have tried all these methods and still have not gotten a refund, kindly contact our online pharmacy through mail or telephone.

Eligible to get Full Refunds

  • A customer who receives damaged products
  • The parcel was lost during transit
  • Incorrect dosage of medicines was received
  • The ordered product is defective or lost during transit
  • The ordered medicine is past the sell-by date
  • Received wrong quantity of medications
  • Order package stuck at customs

Please note that refund mode may vary based on the situation. If the refund mode is by Credit card, Debit card or Netbanking, then it may take 5-8 business days for the amount to be transferred to your account. If there is any delay in this time frame, make sure to call your bank. Most banks will process the refund amount later, therefore we have control over them.

Eligible to get Partial Refunds

In the case of dissatisfaction after using some of the pills in a package and returning the rest of the pills due to less effectiveness, then there is a chance you will be getting a partial refund. You have to mention this reason in a mail and send it to us. Your refund will be processed based on the remaining pills you sent back to us.

Exceptions to our Refund Policy

  • The damage that is occurred from your side while opening the package, then you are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale products cannot be refunded
  • We exchange the products in case you receive varied dosage but we do not give a refund for this reason
  • Refund does not apply to a customer who requests for some other pills instead of order prescription medicine after the shipment
  • Products ought to be unused. Used Medicinal products will not be refunded.
  • if you do not claim a refund within 10 days of your shipment delivery, then your refund will not be processed
  • People who stop the Tramadol treatment and needed a refund for their medication will not be welcomed. We do not give a refund for such cases.
